Eating out is a continuous pain for people with Coeliac Disease, I have found a number of really brilliant places that I just cannot fault and each with their own Gluten Free desirable item. I am so pleased that so many restaurants are taking on board the benefits of offering gluten free meals to patrons (I get a bit bitter that vegetarians get so much more than I do) so here I am creating a list that I will add whenever I discover a new place in the UK.
Check out their online menus for which dishes are Gluten Free.
Although some dishes are gluten free I would still always advise staff when ordering that you are a GF customer so that they can inform the chef to prevent contamination. I have not personally eaten at all of these restaurants, therefore I advise that you always check with each restaurant before dining to ensure they can meet your specific requirements.

Bella Italia’s GF pasta is good. I’ve had the Carbonara and been ok, even though I’m not too good with lactose these days…
Amazing, thanks for letting the readers and I know. Is you lactose problem only just beginning to become apparant?
